The sound is clear, not obtrusive, could be louder. The controls are simple and easy to customize. Used over 8 hours and still at 50%. Great feature - while you're watching TV, for power level simply connect to the audio app and confirm the remaining power level and make changes to the equalizer on the fly…

Decent Sound, Wrong Price

I had initially only a few hours with the headset. Unfortunately, after prolonged use, the left side of my headset stopped working and instead of running through the headbands, I found they lacked shine and just sent them back. For my friends who love bass, kicks and punch in your music, this isn't all you want. Terrible across the board when it comes down to it. If you're a fan of neutral sound then these will fit into that category. But for some reason all music sounds muffled, like someone…

Pros
  • 60ms Low Latency Connection: Enable gaming mode to activate the headset's wireless performance while playing games or watching videos on Bluetooth devices for a smoother experience

Decent sound, wrong price

Let's get started as I've only had a few hours with the headset. Unfortunately, after prolonged use, the left side of my headset stopped working, and instead of running through hoops to get my headphones, I found where they lacked shine and just sent them back. For my bass loving friends, the punch and punch in your music is not what you want at all. Terrible across the board when it comes to her. If you're a fan of neutral sound then these will fit into that category.

Pros
  • Built-in microphones: With built-in microphones designed for voice communication, Opus X ensures you always hear everyone on a conference call - and they hear you - with perfect clarity
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

What a disappointment. Razer missed the target.

Although I love Razer I am returning my quartz headset. It is not worth! After a week and a half of daily use. Here are my notes: #1 Microphone: I speak to dozens of customers every day and every single one of them left a comment on my microphone. It's either too muffled, it sounds like I'm too close to the mic, or my favorite comment was "I poop in the bathroom". I am sending mine back because either my mic is broken or Razer just bombed this one. EACH PERSON, who I spoke to complained about…

Pros
  • Bluetooth 5.0: With higher bandwidth, longer range and lower power consumption, Bluetooth 5.0 offers a reliable wireless connection that is energy efficient for longer battery life.
Cons
  • I am writing back
