I love how soft this brush is; It's very comfortable on my face and doesn't scratch. It's also really nice to have an alternative brush that I don't have to soak for a quick weekday morning shave. I've been using badger brushes along with Shark blades on a Parker 34C safety razor since 2012. I bought this brush because of the great reviews I saw on shaving websites and I was not disappointed. As this is a synthetic brush you cannot expect it to perform the same as a natural (boar/badger) brush. There are some things that natural brushes do a little better at, like keeping them warm. Extremely soft handle with excellent ergonomics and weight to size ratio. He only feels the food in his hand. I have medium sized hands. I have to say that this knot is VERY soft and comfortable. However, even for a synthetic knot it has NO BASE making it difficult to maneuver the cream/mousse on the face when using pops of colour. I would recommend pushing the handle down to the base of the knot, which can get a little messy. Water absorption and retention are excellent. Overall a great brush…
