I was looking for a coat that my 85 year old father could easily wear. The zippers don't work on him, the velcro under the stomach is well fastened. That's right. The size I chose is too tight for the back elastics, but we don't use them.

Good for an 18 lb dog. Doggo doesn't like the straps on his legs, so he wears them as a cloak, but this causes them to shift sideways a bit. A big plus is that the chest strap is closer to the front legs, which eliminates the flow of urine. Overall worth the price, kept the dog warm.

This kept my little dog warm when he had to potty outside in the cold. I bought a couple of these coats because they were cheap and figured I could always get one or a double in cold weather. click. They're not very thick, but a decent weight and soft. Minus in Texas for 5 days. Gloria was able to stay at home longer during her breaks. She's still shaking, but it's still too cold for anything to be there.

I received my puppy coat today! The inside is so soft, the thickness is great and it was SUPER easy to put on! However, after reading all the reviews that it "runs small", I ordered the medium instead of the small. yes it is too big I just ordered the small one as stated on the website, I should start with that and I will refund the medium one. Measure your dog and you will be fine. I can guarantee that those who claim the coat "runs small" measured incorrectly or not at all.

We weren't sure if our dog would wear a coat but the harsh season forced us to try. He got used to it quickly, shedding the snow easily, keeping him dry and enough to keep him warm without worrying about it like he did with the sweater we got earlier this year have tried. My only complaint (hence only 4 stars) is that the hair bands on the dog's hind legs are too tight for some breeds. It would be better to make these two parts with Velcro fasteners. I bought the medium one for $10.99 for my (heavy stock) Jack Russell/Rat Terrier/Chihuahua and the small one for $8.99 for my Miniature Poodle. so it is adjustable and fits well. A chubby dog will usually have trouble with sweaters that are an inch too small around his waist for what he should be at a healthy weight, but is a size too big for his torso and he's saggy and tight in the worst places than he is if it would be at the perfect angle for him to accidentally urinate.
