The blue side looks better with the velcro method. This is a lightweight puffy jacket and works well for a teenage boy before he needs a heavy coat.

For the Pacific Northwest this is a great little jacket for fall and spring. IMHO not warm enough for winter, FYI. Super easy to turn on and off.

Works great as a raincoat. Easy to clean. I just throw it in the washing machine. The medium size is a bit big for my 10 lb miniature poodle, but after taking my measurements I think the small size would be too small. It still works, just a bit messy. He doesn't care, he's warm and dry!

My dog likes wearing a jacket! I ordered her size X-Large. She is a 69-pound German Shepherd and Pitbull mix. It keeps you dry in the rain and warm in winter. It is adjustable with velcro so I can comfortably attach it to it without being too tight or loose. I love purple too. It goes perfectly with her collar and leash.

Excellent medium weight coat. Stays in place and is great for hiking and active dogs. It retains your body heat without bloating or overheating you. The coat was the size given in the description. Keeps the coat dry in the snow. The coat was a little rough when first unbuttoned, but soon softened as the dogs wore it. They wash well too!

I really wasn't expecting much for the price but this is a great little coat! My dog is half bulldog so has a rather barrel shaped chest and fits perfectly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it took over a month to get here. Have to wait until next winter. Still an excellent buy. I will most likely buy another one in a different color.
