Very cool system. to a landline

I have a small law firm that is less than a year old. My two suites are across the hall from each other. The phone lines run through the lobby to my assistant's office, but the main phone wirelessly transmits calls through the lobby to me without running wires, which would look very cumbersome. Music and other features give us the convenience of a larger, more expensive phone system. Good product!

Nice phone, great price and fast shipping. 5 Stars.

Fast delivery and new machine as ordered. This is a nice phone with good ergonomics. The only problem is that the answering machine light is constantly flashing (blue) with no messages. So I think I have a message, but actually I don't have one. I did a factory reset and everything worked until the first call. In the meantime he has returned. Can't find anything about it on the internet or in the manual. It doesn't really bother me, but it's a little annoying. 09/08/19 I have revised the…

Excellent features for this money!

I ordered this phone system for our small office and it was just what we needed. I am very satisfied with the overall quality, especially the "value for money". Telephones have many useful functions. Unfortunately, one disappointment concerns the most important thing about the phone - the sound quality. The phone's adjustable volume range isn't very high, or at least not at the level I'm used to. Also, the audio from desk phones with wireless extensions isn't as sharp and clear as it is from a…

Unused -- My My Ears

I had to change my phone from 2 to 4 lines. After long discussions I ordered this base and 3 tubes. The big problem is not the time but the sound quality. It's so bad I had to return it whether I was using the base speaker, base handset, wireless (phone) speaker or even my trusty wired headset - all were compared to my 2 year old Panasonic muffled and distorted. Also, the handset's display is tiny - very difficult to read. There was a silly problem with the voicemail - before that there was a…

Amazing for a SOHO environment!

Use for SOHO. This is probably the best multi-line phone I've ever used. Great for a small office. This device allows you to enjoy some of the key features of a CISCO IP phone in a small work environment without a large upfront cost. Setup: fast. I installed my base and several additional modules in 15-20 minutes. Size: Standard size for other multi-line desk phones on the market today. Call quality: Crystal clear, calls are not interrupted thanks to the noise canceling function. There is no…

Pretty good feature set. However, some annoying problems.

all the good outweighs the bad. The Bad: Music on hold is awful because no matter what volume you record, it's either horribly distorted or too quiet. No display when music on hold stops recording. There is no information in the instructions. You have to guess and the pantomime still doesn't work properly. Message duration has been changed from unlimited to either 2 or 5 minutes. Instructions are not updated. Technical support barely understands the printed instructions, which are pretty lame…

Great option for a small office landline phone

I confess that conflicting reviews made me hesitant to buy this and related cordless phones. First, let me say that this is not a higher level VOIP phone (like Cisco, Polycom, etc.). However, it's a great alternative if you don't need this type of system. I decided to try them out in a small field office with a total of 8 employees. I won't go into detail as to why we need dedicated phones, but we do. I told my boss that if I did things my way, I would take care of it and save our organization…
