It still works even if it's green, just give it more time!

It works but the problem is that it shows green light for about 10 minutes but not fully charged. However, it will still charge and show an important charge in the app on your phone.

This works fine - measure the voltage on your power cord.

The cable that came with my Osmo was defective. I found this out when I measured the voltage at the end of the connector and it was only 3.2 volts instead of 6 volts. Measure from the tip to the base of the connector (tip = 1, then 2nd pin, 3rd pin, then base). This now charges the device.

Replacing the charging cable helped.

I received the product as advertised. I have connected it to my DJI Osmo Mobile and have not received any response from the device yet. I've tried multiple power outlets and charging stations, but my DJI hasn't responded. Not a single light came on. I'll keep trying but if the results are the same I'll go back and spend the extra money on a proper charging case. Update: I received a replacement and it worked and charged my DJI Osmo perfectly. Judging by the other reviews this is hit and miss. I
