Patch cable is too short

This works fine but the patch cable is so broken that the device is hanging in mid-air on my computer. I have to get up, reach for my computer to use it. Bad design.

Not very reliable. in memory card accessories

I believe that it is technically functional. I only get the XQD card recognized if I intentionally insert it into the reader. I think it would be better if I spent more money on a reliable and generally better reader.

Unreliable. Cheap build quality.

It worked a couple of times but after about a month I have to fiddle with the card's position in the slot for 20 seconds for it to notice that the card has been inserted. Sometimes I don't understand at all. However, it works great when noticed. I strongly recommend getting a better quality one.

Look elsewhere for card readers

I bought this primarily for use with XQD cards. Unfortunately, I have found reading XQD cards to be very unreliable and often have to move around a lot to get the card in the correct reading position. I ended up throwing the damn thing away and bought another brand that works much better. Stay away from this case.

Device keeps turning off

I got the Z6 a few months ago and needed an XQD reader. I bought this because Bestbuy was out of stock for a while. During this time the device did not function properly. Disconnect from my machines without human intervention. This makes moving images a HUGE headache. As a workaround, I switched to moving images directly from the camera. I'm on a trip right now and wanted to take the time to edit the images. I brought the device and fought with it for several hours. unsatisfied.
