Device keeps turning off

I got the Z6 a few months ago and needed an XQD reader. I bought this because Bestbuy was out of stock for a while. During this time the device did not function properly. Disconnect from my machines without human intervention. This makes moving images a HUGE headache. As a workaround, I switched to moving images directly from the camera. I'm on a trip right now and wanted to take the time to edit the images. I brought the device and fought with it for several hours. unsatisfied.
