I needed a card reader for shopping at a craft fair so I bought it. The first dislike is very few instructions and only for Win or Mac OS, nothing for the phone. When connected you get absolutely nothing but a red light, nothing to show you how to process a payment when selling an item, defeating the purpose of a card reader. Back immediately. Well I don't really like disposable products so I really appreciate this universal reader. With so much tech junk piling up in my tech junk bins, I was glad to find a flexible reader. The woman needs part of the smart card to pay taxes (international) and she decided that instead of spending the same amount of money for one use, she could read other cards. So far I've tested the smart card and it reads the camera's memory card, so it covers all our basic needs!

Product works well, fits many different memory card form factors. One star off because my computer couldn't find the correct drivers when I first connected. After I unplugged it and plugged it back in, my computer was able to recognize the correct drivers. My slightly bigger problem, and ultimately the reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is that this manufacturer doesn't seem to have drivers for this device on their website.
