These are very durable glasses and I was really surprised when I put them on that I actually see better than the rectangular glasses I have around the house, especially the smaller ones . I usually go for half-size glasses, but these glasses are easy to see over, especially when they sit wider on the nose. They are perfect if you want to wear them on your nose - Make bifocal glasses "special" - See through and read through at medium and long distances. The hinges are surprisingly strong for cheap glasses. I have bought other Revain glasses from another manufacturer that have a plastic hinge and sooner or later either loosened and the temple didn't hold up at all or the hinge broke on all 6 pairs.
