Unfortunately, I didn't install them until I was 30.

Unfortunately I didn't install it before the 30 day return period. They HOOM when they dim and I have 20 of these that I can't return.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Easy conversion! on recessed lights

Great product! I have replaced most of my halogen downlights with these 4 inch conversion kits. PLEASE NOTE that standard dimmer switches do not work well with these units and often cause buzzing or flickering. Your best bet is to replace your dimmer switches. with low voltage dimmers that manage the power much better for this type of solutions.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Secret

Glorious warm lighting

These bulbs are the right warmth when you want LED efficiency with the feel of an incandescent bulb. Don't fall for the slogan "Soft White" when buying a lamp. Look for a luminosity of 2700k. That number matters. I would give 5 stars but one of the four bulbs purchased is flickering and needs to be returned. I will contact Cooper Lighting to return it.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Keep Calm

Nice light, get the right dimmer.

We bought 8 of these from another seller and installed them with matching new Halo designs. They really are very good but note that some dimmers make a buzzing noise and there is a compatibility list on the Cooper website. I did notice a slight buzz when using the Lutron Diva CL dimmer, but that went away after switching to the Accell aal06. These look really nice.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Faulty

For lovers of the soft warm tone of incandescent lamps

For lovers of the soft warm tone of incandescent lamps this is the right LED product. I've been looking for this, most products and vendors have 3000K versions, but 2700K is easier on the eye. I have to agree that 3000K LED lights are closer to daylight, but when too close to the eyes, such as in a room with an 8ft ceiling, 3000K hurts the eyes. You need to experiment and ask your family/client what they like before fitting an entire room with 3000K or 2700K LED ceiling lights.

Pros
  • Finally purchased
Cons
  • Protection

4 inch LED recessed retrofit with UPB dimmer - my results

I just did a pretty extensive comparison shop/review of almost a dozen different manufacturers of LED recessed retrofits (including Lithonia, Juno, Halo , Elite, Rayon) completed. , Nora, UTI, TorchStar, Designers Fountain, LiteChoice, EnviroLight) My selection criteria were narrowed down to: • 4 inch aftermarket LED units with 2700K light temperature to get closer to the whole house halogen built-in system I have • I prefer fairly deep white screen to get close to my Elco trim panels that have

Pros
  • Confident
