After installing new batteries and charging the charging station, I kept getting the "Insert batteries" message. I have removed the batteries and reinstalled them several times. All the same message.

100% dead on arrival and not charging - same batteries replaced in two tubes and all four new batteries are completely dead even after a day of charging

I thought I would buy a replacement brand with the exact specs of the original (Panasonic) but to my surprise I got the originals. Unfortunately 2 of them worked fine and the other 2 didn't.

These are batteries. I bought them for our portable phone. They fit. What else is there to say when they are new? I had a problem opening the compartment in the phone and had to use a knife pretty hard to open it, but other than that it was like replacing all the other batteries.

Although all batteries were shipped fully discharged, one of the batteries failed to charge. I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement but received no response. When I tried to reorder, the product wasn't available, so I ordered from another supplier. All four (4) batteries were shipped fully charged from another supplier and are working properly.

Looking at the battery options seems like the best fit. They were more expensive but seemed worth it. The packaging was just plastic wrap with no box or description. The batteries themselves turned out to be exactly what I had replaced. We went into two phones and immediately started charging. I used a phone for over an hour before it charged. Worth the price and easier than replacing the phone system.

Bought 4 of these cordless phone batteries, received quickly but replaced old batteries and installed new ones, charged both phones for 24 hours. 24 hours later both phones died, all 4 new batteries were tested with a volt/ohmmeter after 24 hours of charging and none of them had any voltage at all. Replaced old batteries and both phones worked properly again. I've had cordless phones for about 7 years and thought it was time to replace the old batteries

I would not order batteries from seller as I ordered a set of batteries which arrived dead and would not charge - even after being in charger for more than 36 Hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sent the first set back asking for the batteries to be replaced. Although I received the second set quickly, they were also dead on arrival and would not charge after 48 hours in the charger. I am sending them back asking for a refund and immediately ordering batteries from another Revain…
