One worked fine the other didn't

The one that didn't work lights up when plugged in but when you screw in the battery the light gets very dim and won't charge

The cable needs to be longer and one of them is not working properly

The cable is too short, the battery can only be charged on the countertop. Also be very careful as my battery is quite heavy and I don't want it hanging by the cord in the outlet. Also, one of my chargers doesn't work properly right away, I have to get myself in the right position to work. Most likely a bad connection inside with a cable or connector.

Falling apart

Everything stopped working and started to fall apart. I just ordered one direct from Puffco. It might have been the same price for one but at least I know it will work.

Fire hazard

Return and replacement on first order - one unit did not work right out of the box. The replacement order had a block that got so hot the plastic started to melt. I'm afraid for my life.
