Terrible electronics - avoid this device

This digital voice recorder fails to deliver reliable sound quality, leaving recordings muffled with distorted noises. The only pro is that it's compact and easy to carry around. However, the cons far outweigh this benefit. The controls are complicated, making it difficult to operate and adjust settings. Overall, I would not recommend this device to anyone in need of a reliable digital voice recorder.

That does not work. the best digital voice recorders

Doesn't work except for creating mp3 files, they were all 0kb even after 15 minutes of recording. And yes, it was fully charged and had a formatted 2GB micro memory card.

Pleasantly Surprised

I ordered this unit on a whim, not expecting much. I just needed a way to easily record thoughts and observations. it and then just push the button. The recorder starts automatically when you start speaking and turns off automatically after a few seconds of silence. There is a hole at the end through which you can thread a necklace and wear it around your neck, which is very convenient for me. I was surprised that the recording sounded loud and clear and you didn't have to put it to your mouth.
