Good product! for thinner and thinner

Just what I needed to fill in the gaps around the outer holes where the new electrical box/wire was installed. The electrician never came back to "finish" the job so I ordered this sealant and it worked great. It's easy to work with pours in holes and around gaps. The work was done outside the brick house and adhered well to the brick. It is also easy to wash off hands. Recommended for any type of work.

Pros
  • Approximately 100 volts
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Good stuff you won't find anywhere else

Used this to run wires through my car's firewall where mice had eaten the soy-based plastic grommets meant to keep water out the side Car. Doesn't look pretty, but stays where it's supposed to, doesn't get your hands dirty, always stays flexible and doesn't let water through. This material was used in the Navy to plug gland tubes around bulkhead wiring to keep water and vermin out of ships. good enough for the fleet, good enough for my car.

Pros
  • Non-corrosive: will not corrode metal
Cons
  • Purity

Ideal for attaching a transponder to a kayak body

Updated 4-26-19. The transponder is still there. The putty is still nice, sticky and pliable. After installation, I enjoyed almost flawless sonar performance. I can actually trust the depth rating and fish hit. Much nicer than trying to lug the transponder with me. The best part was that there was no need to build a water trap, as some people show how they do with both silicone molds and this type of drain caulking compound. I think a bit of petroleum iron applied to the face of the transponder

Pros
  • Indoor and Outdoor
Cons
  • Something else
