I use the cable for my conference room computer rather than gaming, but it works great both ways. It is very well built, the high quality is quite evident. I would recommend to anyone who needs a USB-A to USB-C cable.

Excellent 16ft cable, easy to connect. I wasn't sure what to expect from the cable, but it's very thick and worked great with the Quest 2. My kids love using it with their Steam games so you can either run Virtual Desktop or connect to your computer with this cable, but this cable is 1/3 the price of Quest 2's original cable. No complaints so far, connection speed is Well . It's also nice to have such a long spare USB-C cable with a 90 degree end.

I love the ability to continuously charge while playing. A typical headset battery lasts for around 2.5-3 hours of playback. Sometimes you get so addicted to the game that you miss the low battery warnings and the headset turns off in the middle of the game. With a 16 foot cable, this is no longer a problem! Also, you can use your quest to play Rift games, and there are several Rift games that are exclusive to Rift but are no longer available! Highly recommend, especially at this $$ price…

If you want to use tethering, please buy this cable. Powerful and securely connected. I prefer this for streaming, but my first choice is to use the games installed on the headset. The main reason to buy the Quest is that it's wireless, but if you want to play higher quality games you'll need to stream through a router or cable. Streaming works, but there are problems.
