🧼 Red Devil 3110 1-Inch Double-Edge Scraper with Contour Handle: Efficient Surface Cleaning Tool Review

This is a great scraper when you want to look worn. None (of the four) scraper edges are flat. In other words, no matter what edge you use, you're cutting your work piece or your wooden floor. However, if you want a scratched, hollowed out, completely destroyed effect, this scraper is perfect for you.

This product has saved me HOURS and tons of money, I can easily scrape layers of paint off old antique doors and don't pay $20 for a can of chemical paint remover, it's so expensive, smelly, dirty. This product is very valuable and I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a replacement blade set for this wonderful tool. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this wood glue scraping tool and it works, with one big exception. For 90 degree inside corners, the top red part gets in the way and the blade is probably 1/8 inch from the glue line, rendering it useless. Luckily the top is plastic so I used a utility knife and electric grinder to line it up with the edge of the blade. Now it works as expected and for $9 it was worth a few minutes of effort.

This scraper has typical dual blades so I expected both blade edges to clean in push-pull mode which halves the cleaning job compared to my old self replaced. BUT the handle is curved downwards, so if you're cleaning a flat surface (most of my work) only the leading edge of the blade will get scratched as the trailing edge of the blade is above the surface.
