Can't tell but I replaced it in my Acura and it shifts smoothly. Definitely worth buying if it is compatible with your vehicle.

Used on a 1977 Puch Maxi e50 engine with the 65cx Metrakit installed. This ATF works well. I drive at high speed. 10,000+ and I've never failed.

Pour 3 liters into my Acura TL and 3 liters into my Acura MDX and you'll notice sharper shifts. An additional surprise was a 2-3 mpg increase in fuel economy. Didn't expect that!

I am using Redline Type F (with some Redline D4) in my 2005 Acura TL 5AT. I find this liquid mixture better than Z1 and DW1. I've put 180,000 miles on the transmission and it shifts like it just rolled off the assembly line.

It almost always works wonders on hard shifts or noisy transmissions, I've used it many times and it's definitely worth the high price of a full fluid change. I will extend the life of an old gearbox that is starting to age and wear out. However, it's not a magical liquid that will fix a gearbox that's actually broken.

Significantly improved shift feel in the 2004 Acura TL by replacing the 3rd and 4th pressure switches at 120,000 miles. I didn't have 1 liter of D4 fluid on hand to complete the final drain/fill and maintain the recommended Type F to FM fluid ratio.
