🐠 15 lb Red Sea Aquarium Salt Mix Review

I can't tell if it works or not because it arrived broken and my house was full of salt. Now I have to find a way to get my leaking 20 lb box of salt back. PIA.

Product is amazing. But I had to request a refund and redelivery as the packaging was broken on the first delivery, the salt was poured out of the box. And the replacement came the same way, with a cracked bucket and product spilling out of the box it was sent in.

The bucket lay on its side in the box with the lid removed and the bag open. Salt was scattered everywhere. Too bad it's a really great product if you order it elsewhere. I've been using this product for over a year now and my corals love it.

Salt is good but the main problem is delivery. My package arrived today. The top of the bucket was open and there were small holes in the pocket. Didn't lose a lot of salt but it was hard to crush the bag. You need to change the shipping method or I will change the purchase method.

The Red Sea salt bucket arrived completely broken, with the inner bag torn and salt spilled everywhere. Extremely disappointed. I should have listened to other reviews. I love Red Sea salt. I have nothing against the product, but the shipper doesn't care. Toss a 15 pound bucket in a large box and hope it arrives safe and sound. Please buy from another seller or you will be in a total mess when your salt arrives.

I love Red Sea products but I think ordering salt online was a mistake. The bucket was opened and the salt mixture was poured into the shipping carton. Another thing if the package was sealed. Whoever packed the box put the bucket on its side and put in a couple of airbags along with the bucket. The bucket apparently rolled around in the box until the lid came off and the salt began to crumble. What a failure.
