Worst pre-workout pump - do not recommend

The big noise from Redcon 1 is definitely disappointing. As the product is not a PUMP inducer it is unlikely to be the latter. I didn't notice a drastic change in pump levels during the workout. I got more pumps from the Redcon Total War pre-workout program than from Big Noise. The taste was ok but the biggest disappointment is the poor quality of the product in terms of the advertised "pump" effects. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Disappointed with sports nutrition

Slightly disappointed after trying this product. I've been taking pre-workout supplements for a few years and I'm looking for that extra pump before I start, but nothing here. There was no rush, no niacin high when you get goosebumps and feel your hair growing (why take it before a workout when you can't get that high!) Plus it's very difficult to mix. I chewed most of the powder as it didn't dissolve well in water and left most of the sediment on the shaker cup. 4 of them are gone as I had to…

The first thing I really dislike about the product is that I didn't receive it.

*DISCLAIMER**Product does not mix well and is uncomfortable to drink* I received this product hoping it would work well and my workout was not changed. The first thing I really dislike about this product is that it doesn't improve pumps and "garden-hose-sized veins" and doesn't help my recovery process.
