💇 Redken Brews Cream Pomade for Men - Medium Hold, Natural Finish - 3.4 oz Review

I usually use a medium sized clay lipstick but decided to try this one too. It worked exactly how I needed it. It holds hair very well and is smooth and not as stiff as the cheaper options. It lasts perfectly all morning and most of the day. I don't have to dye my hair until late afternoon (don't touch it later, but look in the mirror). Highly recommended, I will buy again.

If you are looking for a discontinued Redken Maneuver Work Wax this is the exact same product. Redken repackaged the product and made it "more manly". The product is exactly the same - same texture and smell. Holds hair well without making it stiff.

This is my first film makeup to add to my studio setup. Eliminates glare and effortlessly conceals redness. It includes its own sponge for application. In itself, it is not so easy to wash off, but is removed immediately with make-up remover wipes. The only downside is that the inner lid comes with a sticker to keep the sponge clean and the sticker is almost invisible.

As someone who's had fine hair all of his life, few products can style it well without weighing it down. This product and the Billy Jealousy Headlock cream are two of a very few. They "strengthen" my hair and keep it in shape and as a finishing touch I spray it with volumising hairspray. Note that I don't "style" my hair much; I only smooth it with the side part to the back or to the side, so I don't know if that would work if you want a very detailed style that requires a lot of support.

As someone who has used several different gels and pomades over the years I would place this product somewhere in the middle. Redken is an established brand and I set the bar a little higher for them than for some other unknown companies. My first thought about this lipstick was that it felt more like a cream. I have been ordering this lipstick from Amazon for many years and have never had any problems. It's great for my fine hair type and gives it some much needed volume and texture. A little goes a long way. What I love is that unlike some other lipstick brands, this one doesn't weigh my hair down.
