Excellent support. I feel very stable in them. I added them, 7mm knee pads and a belt at a time, and my squat gained about 50 pounds in no time. I squatted 175-185 pounds and after about 3 weeks with new equipment I was able to squat 225-235 pounds. I also noticed that it helped me balance, focus on my form and took the pressure off my back.
