Have used this product for many years. This is a wonderful product. Wash your face to remove oils. Apply petroleum jelly around the eyes and eyebrows. Apply a lot of dye plus 3 drops of developer and stir. Apply carefully. sit for 15 minutes. Wash off with soap. Flush eyes with the saline solution used by contact lens wearers. Use CleanTouch to remove traces of paint from leather. Voila, you look really good.

However, I believe it should only be sold to licensed professionals, especially for eyelash tinting. If you mess up your brow color, it will eventually fade. But if you apply eyelash color incorrectly or mix it incorrectly with an oxidizer, it can do more harm than good and cause severe discomfort.
