The atomizer on these bottles has a bullet-sized ball at the top that creates a spray effect and is not attached. It exploded and hit my ceiling making me realize that if it had been in my hostril I might have had an ambulance ride or worse. Not a good product.

I used this product on a daily basis. Then one day I started gagging a few seconds after using it. The jet cleared my nose and I was able to choke and cough through my mouth. My daughter uses the same sprayer. I'm glad that didn't happen to her. Choking hazard or it could get stuck in the sinus.

Decent. Basically as advertised. However, I deducted a star because the white caps were too long/not the right size for the jar to ensure a good seal. So I cut 1/8 inch off the ends of the lid with a razor blade to get a good seal. Eventually, after this modification, these sprayers became satisfactory.
