According to my experience, this candle may look nice but it fails to live up to its promises. The unscented feature does not seem to work, leaving an odd smell in the air after use. The refillable aspect is an excellent eco-friendly touch, but it is not worth the disappointment of a poorly functioning product.

Candles are all well and good because they release oil, so they can be installed and used right away. The clear oil it comes with is nice enough, but I suggest buying a colored oil to jazz it up. Setup was easy and fairly quick, but messy. I, like other reviewers, suggest putting them in the sink for easier cleaning. I highly recommend buying these instead of candles as you can control how much light you want or need. Additionally, you can add essential oils for a pleasant scent.

I love oil candles and they are beautifully finished. They burn cleanly with no smoke or odor whether you use pure liquid paraffin or Firefly's proprietary oil (but don't use any other fuel). The glass is simple yet elegant, neither too thick nor too fragile. The chimneys are metal (aluminum I think) and don't have the disadvantages of glass chimneys (they always break sooner or later), but they look nice.
