Excellent acupressure for the legs, use every morning and before bed. My family used to have one like this, but someone accidentally threw it away while cleaning.

I guess it's a matter of personal opinion but standing on this foot massager doesn't provide any relief and seems blood circulation does not promote stimulation. I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't had any relief in the areas of pain that this reflexology mat is supposed to help with. I may be using it incorrectly as it came with no instructions. I would like the manufacturer to contact or respond with the correct instructions.

I love this mat and use it every day. I have another similar one, but the profile on this one looks much better and the mini-bulges at the top of each spike add to the acupressure effect. Only giving 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. Plastic smell that lingers for some time even if you try to air the mat outside before use.2. I want the soles to be further apart, at least shoulder width apart. It would make standing on it more natural (at least for me).
