A little more than I was going to pay. Add some imagination by soaking up fridge smells. It does not have to be filled to the brim, which makes it economical to use. Cheaper than opening and using a full box of baking soda.

Do I need a little penguin to keep baking soda in the fridge? no Am I glad I have it? Yes. This is an impulse purchase that my wife was very happy about. Nothing beats baking soda to get rid of fridge odors, and this little guy turns an ugly necessity into a crazy delight.

I sent this to my son in his new apartment as a fun gift as he has always loved penguins. The design is simple, high-quality and not too flashy. Upon opening, it was immediately filled with baking soda, placed in the fridge, and a photo sent to his mother. So I think this gift (even for a young man) was a success!

When I saw this item I thought how cute it works. When I received it, it was as cute as the picture, but still a little wary. I filled it with baking soda and put it in the fridge. It sat safely on the shelf and I gave it a day to see how it worked. In a short time this musty smell disappeared and during the day the smells of products from street food markets also disappeared. Sometimes it works fine.

This guy is so damn cute. I like that he's less obvious about who he is than an open box of baking soda. He's cute and sits in my fridge door. Though I wouldn't put him where he can tip. He's standing in front of the door, where he's guaranteed to be all the time, and that's where he feels comfortable. But for example a chest freezer where there is actually no such door, I wouldn't use it, I would glue the box to the bottom of the chest freezer using the ones with small mesh holes.

Just received this yesterday and it is a very well made item. I wasn't happy spending money on a soda jar for my fridge, but compared to other jars on sale, I knew this one would make me happy when I opened my fridge. Personally, I'm sick of wasting money on boxes of baking soda for the fridge when I could just fill one constant.
