Terrible. I use tweezers and it's amazing at first and then I start cutting because it's so sharp. It has taken root. But her hair is frizzy again. I think I'll go back to two dollar pairs on Rite Aid/CVS. Disappointed with the price and the missed return window. What annoyed me the most was that the care instructions said to leave the cap on for accurate calibration when not in use. Came without a suitcase.

I then gave them to my parents (who said they had to buy a new pair). then look for a replacement. I thought they were the same but unfortunately they are not. They are slightly smaller and with a little pressure they bend slightly near the head. Diamond tip provides a very secure grip. Most I've paid in the past was $35, but this pair is way, way better than what it was. onto the tweezers when you're done. They will last a lifetime if you don't drop them point down on the tile floor. Such precise tweezers can easily fail if dropped.

Considering the price and the colorful description of Swiss craftsmanship, my expectations were met. But to my disappointment, the tips of the tweezers are offset, making the tool almost useless for precision work. I have contacted the seller to have the issue resolved and I will be happy to update this review once they provide a satisfactory solution.
