Love the heat and bubbles. Love that the messages are electric, bit the foot pad bumps are very hard and pointy. So hurts to use it.

This foot spa is perfect for an at-home foot message/pedicure. The automatic rollers and bubbles are great for tired feet. The rotating pumice stone is perfect for smoothing heels and bottoms of feet. Cleaning the spa is easy. There is a plug in the front of the spa to release the water when done with the spa.

Not enough room to use the pumice stone on top for toes or heels.Other then the pumice stone issue the heat, water flow and red sensor if great. I enjoy not having to go get a pedicure every 2 weeks.

Overall it's not a bad foot spa. The hot water feels great but it has trouble staying hot. The biggest thing I don't like though is the bottom is spikey and the massagers hurts a lot. It's not a comfortable experience. If you just use it for the hot water, vibration and bubbles it's great, but the massagers and the bottom hurt a lot. My review remains the same but I've decided to raise it to 4 stars because of excellent customer service. They even gave me a partial refund.

The callous remover is in the dead center of the tub, which is not where callouses usually form. Don't bother. Worked OK for two short uses (10 minutes or less), and the 3rd time we went to use it, water started leaking out of the bottom.

Massager stopped just after the return date and struggles to get or keep temperature. Would not recommend especially when you pay a lot of money for something to actually work. Book on this company for a very bad product.

Just got my massager out of the box and within 5 minutes got my feet in it. Love it. It is so easy to use. My only criticism would be that I wish it came with rollers. However, I'm sure it will be easy enough to figure out how to attach rollers or put the device on a rolling platform. Also, the position of the pumice stone could be better positioned, as it is difficult to get your heal onto the stone with the stone sitting in the middle of the basin.
