never worked - disassembled

I finally tried it thinking it would work and tried it on 3 different TVs at different times and the light on the leaf antenna didn't even come on. It's too late to send back, so just a big waste of money.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Very expensive

This antenna doesn't pick up CBS

Easy to hook up a good picture but it won't pick up a CBS station No signal I put it all over the house and no CBS signal for 45 miles. It will be returned.

TV antennas are the best way to save money

Dear Customer Service, I received my antenna and I am very happy with it, I have a great picture and I receive multiple channels. My Directv has gone up to almost a hundred dollars. I mainly watched my local channels. I get everything and more. I even have a movie channel. I am ordering another one for my bedroom TV. It was easy to install and I was very impressed; since I read many reviews about other antennas. If you are looking for an antenna I would highly recommend this one.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Don't pay more for TVs

This works well if you are in a good location. It's captured well here. Finds many channels. Most moves are pretty clear, but some of them can be downright unattractive to look at. Some may be fine, but sometimes they come and go. I took this to the mountains about 40 miles from Bristol, Tennessee. In one room I caught 4 channels clearly, but in the other room I didn't catch anything.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Cables shorter than others

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. I bought a boosted antenna because we're about 35 miles from our local channels and CBS and DirecTV are fighting that we don't get CBS on satellite yet. We can't get a channel with this antenna - just tell us the signal isn't strong enough?! My antenna is at the window as suggested in the instructions, the amplifier is connected and switched on. I'd be better off riding with old bunny ears from the 70's.

Pros
  • Accessories and consumables
Cons
  • Upgrades

Unshielded coax, possibly weak VHF

This gives me 46 channels, when I used to have at best 6-10 with an old analog antenna in the attic, almost all stations in the metropolitan area, except NBC. However, the coaxial cable is unshielded, so when it was laid behind my electronic devices (receiver, PC, modem, router, etc.) there was so much interference that it didn't work. If I ran it away from the electronics it would work pretty well. There are times when reception is interrupted. I prefer to have the antenna in a better place…

Pros
  • TV antennas
Cons
  • Not the best
