    This item fits fixed CB radios

    The mug doesn't even stick to clean glass. Dropped off site three times. The magnets are weak and won't hold a 3 ounce radio head. Nice concept, not ready to sell. Don't waste money.

    Poor suction

    Worked fine for a month but the suction cup is no longer holding. Once the temperature rose above 90 degrees, it steadily fell. The suction cup material seems to feel bad when it gets hot.

    Okay but… the best of CB radios and scanners

    Pretty decent product. The suction cup is excellent, didn't move or fall off. Looks cool and professional. However, I have a problem: The adjusting screws do not hold tight. I tightened them as tight as I could and the damn thing still seems to wobble sideways a few days later. Rather annoying. Do I take another one if I need it? Yes, probably. The good outweighs the bad.

    A good mount can easily be improved!

    The previous review is correct, the magnets are a little weak but the mount is still usable. I happened to find that if a piece of ferrous metal of the mount is placed on the back, magnetism increases greatly. The included stamped steel key got stuck in the back and the magnetism became noticeably stronger. So I bought a spatula from the dollar store and cut out the bottom plate using a magnet as a template. Problem solved. The manufacturer should consider adding this piece of metal to improve…
