Easy to use. Work as expected to twist the fascia and flatten the muscles. This device is perfect for my leg and arm. I'll have to wait and see what results I get after using it for a while. But it glides smoothly with just the right amount of pressure I needed in the right spot.

After reading the other reviews I was a bit apprehensive about trying it but I didn't have any of the problems others had. my item has been returned. Which honestly doesn't bother me as it was in perfect condition.
