Do not buy this product!

Six months later the device stopped working. I asked the company about a repair shop in the US and found they didn't have one. The company was only willing to send me the blown component. After the installation it still didn't work.

Doesn't even run a coffee maker.

Imagine renting a great 1500 watt inverter to install this "3000" watt pure sine wave inverter. I bought it because it had a 30 amp outlet that I could plug my RV into. (By the way, the camper was already powered by 1500). When I turned on the inverter, to my surprise, it immediately turned off. So I turned everything off and on one by one. It won't handle anything with a heating element, not even a 1200W coffee maker. It's a piece of shit. Don't buy it unless you're trying to run LED lights.

Pros
  • Great for me

Very good quality inverter.

The product was mislabeled. Claimed 24v when I ordered a 12v inverter. After checking the plug, it turned out to be a 12 volt DC to 120 volt AC inverter. After 2 weeks of use I am satisfied with the performance. The digital display is useful for DC and AC. I use it to start my water pump. I was concerned that the inverter would not withstand the power surges at startup. But to my surprise, the inverter copes well with it even at a low DC voltage of 11.5 V. The instructions could be more…

Solid unit! in solar and wind energy

I finally upgraded my RV batteries with Trojan 105 and wanted to test my offline skills. Very impressed with the performance of the device. I put a 30 amp RV plug into my 35E bus and it worked with all my RVs including "hot water pot (1500 watts)", microwave (1200 watts) and hair dryers (albeit on medium heat (with 1250/ 1500 watts) and everything worked fine. Now I did it independently and not all the same. 3000 watts take the peak burst to 6000 watts and run at 3000 watts. Although I didn't…

I installed it on my 2019 Jayco North Point fifth wheel today.

Today I installed the unit using factory supplied cables and installed a 250Amp fuse between the unit and the batteries. I remodeled my electrical box to power my living room (TV, electric chairs, outlets), microwave, center island, and electric meters. There are also sockets for bathrooms, sockets for bedrooms and a TV. I used a 3 wire output and hooked up a 12/2 Romex to an unused 20 amp switch on my RV's panel. I ran it and it works great. Tomorrow I'll lay the 4/0 90c cable from the block…

That makes sense!

I love my inverter. It has been operational since May 2018. Very easy to install. The instructions are clear. You have to connect the battery directly to the inverter and they feed the double cables. The only moving part is the fan, which only spins occasionally, so it can be installed anywhere (in any orientation) to eliminate vibration and heat sources. If your mounting style causes the logo to be upside down, simply remove the cover and turn it over. Works anyway! I power the satellite dish,

Powers Fridge

Like many of you, I have a small solar powered array to power lights, other electronics and in my case a pellet stove during power outages. The problem is in the fridge. Each of my three expensive sine wave inverters has enough power to run the fridge, but none of them will run it. They cannot deliver the large inductive power pulse needed to start the compressor. This requires an inverter with a large power reserve. To start the fridge I have to run a 3000w gas powered generator that runs with
