This black ink arrived today. My HP doesn't recognize it. I did everything I had to do. I don't know what else to do. In fact, replacing the cartridge is not difficult. And I need to print out some important documents. Can we count on something more? So what's the problem?

I bought it in September 2020 and kept it until the cartridges were replaced. I just put in new cartridges and my printer wouldn't pick them up even though I used that brand before. I went to return them and the return window closed a month after I bought them (news for me). I would steer clear of this product and look for better alternatives.

Seems to work with our HP printer but arrived damaged both times. I kept the second one for myself because I have to print now, but in order not to write off the money again I have to return the broken one. Shop online so you don't have to go to the store but end up going to the store anyway only to return it stinks.

I believe these cartridges are refilled genuine HP cartridges as my printer has used a different replacement in the past and has identified these as NOT an HP product. These cartridges "told" my printer that it was a genuine HP product! I am very happy with this product and would recommend this seller. The colors are correct.

I canceled HP's Instant Ink Service (long story) and wanted to use remanufactured cartridges. Unfortunately, both sets of cartridges were defective. In the latter case, they were misaligned, resulting in sloppy printing and/or the printer just wouldn't print at all: I kept getting error messages telling me to realign the cartridges by removing and reseating them. Since it didn't work, I had to return the item.
