My husband has eczema problems and found a sample of this product. It worked so well that he wanted some tubes. The ingredient dimethicone in this lotion is higher than others and works wonders. Of course, if you have eczema or psoriasis issues, you'll need to change lotions from time to time for them to work, so it's a rotation now. Moisturizes very well, not too greasy. There are also no unpleasant smells. Highly recommended for people with severely dry skin.
