Remington Adjustable Comb MB 4020 MB 4040 Review

I am still looking for a hard case for my razor but was very happy that purchasing an adjustable comb was an option. I don't know how I broke a few teeth but now that I have a replacement I will make sure it doesn't happen again.

The original guard on my Remington trimmer had all its teeth knocked out, making the trimming of my beard spotty at best. On a whim I search and quietly, and lo and behold, Revane was waiting for me to find him. Ordered because I thought it was wrong and I would have to send it back. At first I was very happy that it looked right. When it then fitted perfectly and let me trim my beard again like a new trimmer, I was very happy. Thank you for replacement parts, not disposable items.

I could squeeze them harder than usual but this is a replacement head for the one I already broke and it seems like it keeps happening.

RESULT: Perfect for my damaged trimmer guide. Unfortunately, Remington's R&D folks still haven't improved the flimsy, somewhat imperfect design. but this is a replacement, not an alternative/upgrade. Works well and no longer scratches my beard. 4 STARS. THOUGHTS: I wish the material for this thing was about 1mm thicker on all sides. I also hate that the spikes aren't connected at the top.
