Exactly what I need and nothing more. My goal is to keep my scalp as close to an unshaved bald spot as possible and this makes cleanup quick and easy. FYI - I threw away all the plastic parts. I don not need you. Once you do that, everything fits in the case :)

Works! It paid for itself after three uses as a haircut in these parts costs around $20. Three stars because: 1. The mounts on the 1.5mm shield (the only one I intend to use) broke after 3 uses. The guards snap onto the outer corners of the cutting blades with tiny plastic hooks and fall off2. Why use a Remington branded charging connector? I saw this on YouTube and would like to try it as my little ones don't like strangers touching their hair. Very nice little car; easy to use and clean. This gives the perfect cut every time. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this. I've had this for 1 month now and the battery isn't holding a charge. I fully charged the first week, but the charge was not enough for 5 days. I purposely left it charged for 6 days and when I tried to use it it was like it was unplugged the entire time. There is no way to return or contact the seller so I will try calling Amazon but what a problem with what I was hoping would last for years.

This is a fantastic dog clipper. We have a 4 year old Vesti named Milly and I always cut her hair myself. I had an old hair clipper that was useful but this new one was amazing. I bought this kit to replace a beard trimmer which I used to shave my head hair after about a day. The problem with the trunk trimmer was the small blade and the scalp irritation from the trimmer. This thing worked great even without a full battery charge. It cut the time I spent shaving my head by at least half.
