I bought this unit after reading some comments that there would be problems with the 10 second fast forward or rewind function. It looks like all other cases or cases have had a similar problem. I live and die with the ability to see commercials, especially sporting events. To fix this, I used a precision knife to cut off about an inch from the portions of the cover that protruded past the edge of the top of the remote. I love the improvement this case makes for the Apple TV remote. It slides well over the Apple TV remote, providing a smooth yet secure grip on the remote. I found the Apple remote control to be too small and a bit slippery. I like slick things, but I found this remote a little clunky for my medium-sized hands.
