Our old remote came in half so we had to replace it. I don't like the design as it seems quite flimsy, but it works much better than the universal remote we've been using for a while, so I guess I have nothing to complain about! Just be careful not to lose it in the sofa cushions or it will break!

I was VERY happy to find an exact replacement for my original Vizio VR10 remote! I don't know why, but there was a problem in the original where the TV would never turn on. Could anything else, but not that anymore. But I digress. My NEW remote as I mentioned is EXACTLY the original, arrived quickly and at a great price! I've had it for about a week now with no problems. Hope it stands the test of time.

I needed a new remote control for my 19" Vizio TV and have contacted Revain for a replacement. I don't understand why the label was attached covering the Vizio logo. When I took it off it was there. The original remote didn't work perfectly from day one - sometimes pressing the button didn't respond to inputs and scanning channels can cause the TV to suddenly turn off, but this replacement is ideal.

Our old remote actually required you to press the buttons. It doesn't require more, but sometimes I think it can be a little flimsy when it takes a little more pressure to work than, say, removing with buttons that protrude higher. I don't regret the purchase, but it wasn't a day-night experience.
