I was looking for 'glue booger' patches and came across these because I think they are. They are ideal for temporary installation on a carrier board or for similar purposes. Don't expect them to be super sticky. They should be tacky and sticky, but still removable (like the glue used to stick credit cards to paper in the mail). So they're great for those purposes, but I'm not sure they'll work for other purposes.

I saw my balloon garland fall apart with these dots. After a few hours, they tightened and lost their stickiness. They turned into little sticky balls. I had to seal the garland with duct tape. I wasted so much time going back and replacing the balloons falling down all day to night. My house had a neutral temperature. I've used other brands indoors and out in the heat and they never fell apart. I ordered for 2600 because of the "amazing" price of $6.99. It's too good to be true.

This may not be a fair estimate, it may have been human error for me BUT these items weren't as easy to use as I expected. They are not removed from the substrate in the form of a flat piece. I had to try to flatten them out before putting them on the balloon but it was difficult because of the stickiness of the point. I wasted so much trying to bottleneck them. Also, I also found them difficult to hold after applying. In many cases I've used 3 or more to keep the ball in place. My reproach is…
