YUP! It is necessary!

Highly recommended! First I got the plexiglass screen protector, then this and it works great! It was easy to assemble and fits well! I work from my iPad so I've been looking for something like this for a while and it was really important for me to have something to protect my work and my clients I work and train with. @theketoempire!Buy! You won't regret it at all!

I would go with something else.

In general, the purchase is not very successful. The product holds up decently, but there seems to be a bubble in the middle of the screen. Also not suitable for suitcases.

Over the years I have purchased several privacy screens for different screens. This was a replacement for my 2020 iPad Pro 12.9". This is a quality item that costs $40. It comes with a small microfiber cloth and alcohol wipe to clean your device's screen before installing the privacy screen, and a giant one Microfiber cloth to clean the screen protector after installation AND NO BUBBLES!Very easy!I get really nervous putting screen protectors on because no matter how careful you are there is…

Provides the privacy you need

This filter's anti-spyware function works great on the iPad Pro. I travel a lot and this now gives me the privacy I needed from prying eyes on airplanes. The only thing I find negative is the processing. You lose the smoothness of the original screen as it is rather matte. But the effectiveness of the filter outweighs the negative.
