Description of Rennet Ideal Microbial Liquid Coagulant

Non-animal, Non GMO and gluten FREE | Long shelf life. Double strength, Very powerful - add 2 per 1 gallon of milk. Will work on any type of fresh animal milk. Warm the milk gradually on low heath to 35° / 95°F and then add the rennet solution. The rennet must be first dissolved in 30 ml of non-chlorinated water before adding to the milk. 30ml | Made in Denmark. Double strength microbial rennet derived from Mucor miehei. This rennet is acceptable for the production of vegetarian cheeses.

Didn't work at all

This item didn't work. Mail protection systems may have corrupted Lab through no fault of the manufacturer. White vinegar did it :)

Works perfectly! great for kitchen utensils and gadgets

This product used to make Skyr (Norwegian yoghurt, similar to Greek but creamier) worked great, made many times. The easy-to-use syringe included in the pack makes measurements perfect every time!
