I got this as a gift for my ex husband and my best friend. The paper and cardboard roll inside is jet black (not grey). It's not soft like Bounty and my ex-husband (sensitive nose) says it has an odor. I honestly don't feel anything, but I'm not picky about smells. Overall I won't be buying more just because it's VERY overpriced but the idea is cute and fun as a gift.

Ideal for decoration. I bought 3, opened the box and went to put the scissors back in, my friend took one without my knowledge to put in the upstairs bathroom. When I returned to the box I only saw two and immediately emailed the company to complain. Then I found the third one above. I tried to send an apology email for my mistake but the company has already sent another one. I will continue to support this company.
