It's supposed to connect to the app via Bluetooth - it's not - To be honest there are several Renpho apps so I can't be sure if I'm using the right one.

The packaging says to use the Renpho Health app with the scale. I downloaded the app and tried the scale with 3 different phones and none of them would pair. When trying to pair, the phones say the app is required to use the device. Using the app will only ask you to pair with your phone, which is not possible.

I have several of their products and they all work with the same app. I received this scale, there was no bluetooth, a replacement was sent to the application. There is a sticker on the replacement box that will not sync with the main app. You need to download an entirely separate zoom-only app. How about instead of installing 5 different apps, you install the main app so all your products can sync and work together. You send it back and get one that doesn't require a separate app.
