I have not used it but the quality of all materials seems very high and it does have some weight as it appears to be made of brass and requires lighter fluid like a Zippo lighter to function. The spark is very strong

The buttons on the remote aren't as precise or responsive, resulting in the remote having to be pointed at the TV and the selected button repeatedly pressed for it to work. Also, if there are multiple buttons, the button configuration is different from the OEM remote.

Didn't know how to set it up. I read the instructions and my TV was already on when I started the setup process. I have a Visio d series TV. I had to turn the TV off and on multiple times before the setup process worked. The instructions are correct and the remote control works perfectly. If someone is having trouble setting up the TV, turn the TV off and on a few times or even unplug the TV and then plug it back in after about 10 seconds to start the setup process. It will work. it worked right away, I didn't have to program it or anything, I paired it with the glow in the dark case in the suggested articles and when I put it on I noticed a rattling noise at the bottom of the remote control. ? I don't know if there's something hanging there or not.

Bought this to replace my Vizio remote, it has exactly the same features and feel in the hands. If you have a 40" Vizio Smart TV, you will love replacing the included remote control, it's too hard to use, you have to press the buttons too hard. This one is definitely better and doesn't need to be programmed, just pop in the batteries and go.

Great remote control at a great price. I almost bought the same remote at Walmart, thank goodness I checked Revain first. Charged $15.99 elsewhere and it was cheaper and works just as well as the old one I lost. Every difference I saw was that the Vizio name didn't appear at the bottom of the remote, but everything else was the same. All in all a great remote for my needs, I'll be checking out Revain first from now on.
