    The fasteners are NOT heavy!

    The fasteners on this strap are not heavy duty. I bought this for my husband to use in one of his tool bags. For his work, tool bags must weigh less than 40 pounds. So the burden wasn't that great. He put it on his bag, took "four steps," and the clasp on the strap broke, scattering the tools on the floor.

    The metal parts are ok. Only a month use shoulder.

    Bought to replace the original strap on my Swiss army bag. The metal parts are ok. After only a month of use, the seams on the shoulder pads have already torn. The shoulder pad was pretty flimsy and flimsy anyway, so I'll probably just get rid of that part when it's completely ripped off. But I managed to avoid having to buy a brand new bag for ten bucks or no matter how much it worked.

    looks like a sturdy adjustable strap

    I like the strap, have ordered several of these. I use them for my fanny pack. .I have my phone and my glasses in there, I even have my MP3 player in there. I can carry it with me instead of constantly trying to buckle it around my waist, which can be uncomfortable. It works out. good for me because I'm afraid to put my phone on its side. I've had several losses this way. That's cool. I need it.

    Well made and shipped quickly!

    This strap is just what I need for my Ryobi Weed Wacker. It's solid, well-made, heavily spring-loaded hardware (attachment points), easy to adjust, and inexpensive. Excellent delivery service, arrived in just three days. I don't know how Revain can offer free shipping and still get items here for three days but keep up the good work. If I might suggest, the padded shoulder pad on the belt could be a bit thicker. Although what is there is quite sufficient. Many Thanks.

    Poorly made, not "heavy "

    Problem 1) Less than 30 days in use, the twist lock came loose from the metal loop while walking. Luckily I caught the bag before it hit the pavement and avoided possible damage to the laptop! Problem 2) The strap is twisted in the "cushion" causing inconvenience. The term "lining" is a bit of a misnomer as there is actually very little padding. This strap may be fine for light use, but if your briefcase, shoulder bag, holdall, etc. has some weight, you might want to look into a more solid…

    Broke after 7 weeks of use

    Clip swivel broken after 7 weeks of use. My bag weighs just under 9 pounds and is the lightest bag I've ever carried, so I didn't do anything to break it. The shoulder pad is very soft, but not so soft that you can't feel the strap. Aside from the breakage, my biggest complaint is that the vinyl pad is so slippery that it keeps slipping off my shoulder. A soft rubber pad, like the one on my Hewlett Packard laptop sleeve, would be much better. I would happily pay $20 for another strap like this.

    Probably the best shoulder strap I've ever had. I think webbing can be imported. I love how the clips snap into place with a nice click and the pillow rests softly on my shoulder while I'm buckled in. Does the belt last a lifetime? Just take a look.
