Works better than new.

Go online and watch the tutorial videos several times. Practice in your mind, writing down each step and marking each step as you walk. This is the only time you can't trust your natural instincts and just do it. If you strictly follow the instructions, you will succeed, if not, then we do not think about it.

Great product - 7 out of 10 installation difficulties - make sure your CUE is compatible

First of all, I saved a thousand dollars - hooray! I love my ATS, but the fact that Cadillac took no action to fix the unacceptable, ridiculous, and HUGE error in their CUE screens is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Even if they offered a "screen-only" replacement at cost - since it seems like a cure for CUE screens that have minds of their own, crack, or end up not responding to touch, it would , as if they really care about integrity and brand loyalty. Cadillac's silence on thisโ€ฆ

Does it work with your block?

I am sure this is a good product for the right application. I ordered a 2015 SRX and couldn't get it to work. Many hours later I discovered that the CUE unit in my car had been dealer replaced in late 2017. GM changed suppliers and they replaced the ribbon connector. This product will not work with the new connector.

A simple solution to a big problem.

I personally did not change the screen, my husband did. He said it wasn't the easiest task, but it wasn't very difficult either. Just time and patience. I bought my car with a cracked screen, which we later found out was a common problem with this car model. Someone told us it would cost up to 2000.00 to fix. We thought we'd try it out first and it worked out great. It looks great and works like it just came from the dealer.

Check the model number of your cue before buying!

The screen didn't work BUT after purchasing another replacement screen from a competitor which also didn't work, I found that my 2015 SRX had been updated to Cue v2018 prior to purchase. So I kept buying the wrong replacement. Save yourself the headache and save time and money by checking your cue model before you buy it. Do a search online to determine the difference between the two models before purchasing a replacement. I would give 5 stars but I'm still waiting for a refund in two weeks.

Cadillac Cue System repaired at home. money well spent.

The touchscreen I ordered fitted our 2015 Cadillac SRX perfectly. A little tricky to install, just take your time. YouTube videos help if you watch and listen, but they skip a few steps. Unfortunately, although we tested the screen for clarity before bringing it in, after installation the light showed three or four small bubble-like spots on its back or two layers of the viewing surface. After three hours of work, my husband and I decided we'd just live with it! All touchscreen functions nowโ€ฆ
