The strap holder (the small piece of silicone that holds the excess part of the strap) is too big and very flimsy. The watch strap is easily pulled out many times throughout the day, which is very annoying. The straps also have a lot of added shimmer due to the sloppy manufacturing process. I have had my Fenix 3 for almost 4 years now. I wear it all day every day, even in the shower. I went through 3 ordeals. This is an extremely durable watch. There are a few scuffs on the bezel but other than that I would say the watch itself is still in excellent condition. But the strap is not so lucky.
