Bristles are not tapered nor super-soft; will buy from store for original quality

Very disappointing experience buying two versions of this product from ebay listing. The 6-pack is for smaller brush heads that have sharp and uncomfortable. I purchased the 3-pack super soft replacement heads and the bristles are neither tapered not soft. Will buy from store; ebay always sells lowest quality version available of any product. At least they are authentic, but still disappointing.

Best Toothbrush Ever

Excellent toothbrush but if you're buying replacement heads, you already know it. If you have only used the soft bristles you might want to give Super Soft a try. I am a person that tends to brush too hard - to the detriment of the enamel on my teeth. Using Super Soft replacement heads has helped me improve my technique because it is easy to feel that the bristles are collapsing when I'm pressing too hard. Best toothbrush heads for the best toothbrush!

I've been using the radius for years. I love the toothbrush, and now reducing the waste for the brushes makes it even better!

Been using Radius for maybe a couple of years

Attracted at the idea of replacing only the brushes while re-using the same handles. Minimizes plastic waste and I liked the size of the brush head. My wife is a dental hygienist and she's noticed some improvement in my regular cleanings as a result of these brush replacement heads. On her advice, I use the soft replacement heads.
