I just received this product and couldn't be happier, its durability is a bit lower than the original Otter case and it seems to be very durable. I haven't dropped it as often as my poor Otterbox, but I'm pretty happy with it, especially for its value.

I need to return these cases or add a rubber band to hold the phone. There is a good 1/2 inch clearance in the holster and the phone will fall out. I asked a question on iPhone 11 COOLQO website and I hope someone can tell me what kind of holster to order. Thanks

Works the same as the original Otterbox. We had to replace the original Otterbox belt clip because it was loose, spinning and not snapping. The new one also works as a stand, just like the original one. Oh, and you get 2 of these, so if anything goes wrong we have a spare.
